Very bad delivery service this is my third time experiencing this delivery service and I am very frustrated as to why a very big company like oh Polly has the worst delivery service ever. I order from other uk based companies and I have never experienced bad delivery service apart from oh Polly. If it’s not a delay, it’s the package is lost at this point it’s just alot of bias. I expect a big company like you to invest money into provide expectational delivery to customer that’s the least you can do since we actually put our money into your company to grow. This is very disappointing and sad and frustrating yet not surprising

I had made a typing mistake, so I did not receive a confirmation email and therefore no order number. luckily they were able to help me well and I can track my order now. I was so glad it finally worked. Very good service! Cause I wanted the dress. Hopefully it fits me!

I recently ordered from Oh Polly for the first time but realised after some time that there was an issue with my order as I could not track it. I emailed customer service where it was established that the order was lost. Every customer service agent I dealt with was extremely helpful in explaining what went wrong and how they could remedy the situation. Their professionalism softened the frustration of the loss of the initial package. I am satisfied with the resolution and look forward to receiving my order.

The quality of the clothing is absolutely amazing. Won't buy anywhere else again....

I purchased the Karelma Mesh Ruched Midi Dress in Green and wore this recently to an event. I absolutely love this dress, the corset look, the unique straps, the gorgeous bow detail, the midi length and supportive cups. On top of that, it was a gorgeous, soft, unique shade of green that I have never seen in other clothes before. I also loved the fact that there weren’t any cut outs, making it a more elegant/modest dress.

Liv was very responsive and helpful. Understood the issue with my return and immediately how to resolve it.

They turned back the parcel on the way to my address. They didn’t even attempt delivering it to me. Instead of sending it again they just made a return and I still had to pay for the delivery which did not happen! Ridiculous and I am never buying from oh Polly again

I sent my order back ago , at least 10 days ago and still haven’t received my refund. The dress was quite expensive too so it’s quite annoying, I sent two seperate orders bacn the same time and only got one refund banc so a little confused.

Oh Polly overall was great fast delivery and came in good condition the dress itself was good quality and true to size I am a size 10 but I found the cups in the dress were deformed from being in the box and didn’t really move out of that form and they made my breasts look a strange shape and they didn’t mould you my body so I made a return

The dresses I ordered didn’t fit both size 10 one was far too big and one was far too small understand they were different style but still strange

I ordered for the first time and I wasn't disappointed my dress arrived very quicky and packaged in a pretty little box. True to size and description will definitely be ordering again from them soon. Happy Customer ?
